If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may return the item in accordance with the terms outlined below.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery
• The item must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of additional wear, damage, or alteration
• All original tags, authentication cards, dust bags, and packaging must be intact and included
• The item must not have been used, carried, or modified in any way after delivery
• Sale items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return unless proven faulty or misdescribed

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow the steps below to return your order:

• Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation number and return shipping instructions
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories
• Ship the item back to our UK warehouse using a tracked and insured courier service
• Share the tracking number with our support team for reference

Please do not return items without prior authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused or delayed.

3. Refund Processing

• Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 working days to confirm eligibility
• If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days after inspection
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
• The refunded amount will match the price paid for the item, excluding original shipping charges unless the item was faulty or incorrectly shipped
• Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund in your account

4. Shipping Costs

• UK orders: Return shipping is free of charge for all eligible returns
• International orders: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, faulty, or was sent in error
• Original shipping fees are non‑refundable for change‑of‑mind returns
• We recommend using a fully insured and tracked shipping service for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us

5. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide clear photographs of the item, packaging, and any damage or discrepancy
• We will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping for confirmed faulty or incorrect items
• You may choose between a full refund, a replacement (if available), or store credit for the full value

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order for a refund in line with this policy, and place a new order for the desired item separately.

7. International Returns and Duties

• International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes incurred on return shipments
• We recommend marking return packages correctly as “returned goods” to minimise additional charges
• Pretty Eventful is not liable for any customs delays or additional fees associated with international returns
