Every item is physically received at our London facility. Our team performs a first-pass assessment against brand-specific criteria — stitching, hardware, lining, and provenance.
Expert Authentication
Senior authenticators with 10+ years of luxury goods experience verify each piece. We cross-reference serial numbers, date codes, and brand registers.
Condition Grading
Each bag is graded on our 10-point scale: from Pristine (10/10) to Good (7/10). We photograph every flaw so you know exactly what you are buying.
Secure Listing & Dispatch
Once certified, items are professionally cleaned, photographed in our studio, listed with full provenance notes, and dispatched in premium protective packaging.
